Purchases

Prior to Website Purchase it is recommended to Call C.O.R.E. Parts, LLC parts department with VIN to verify the part item is appropriate for the vehicle.

Not all Items shown on the website are held in Stock. It is recommended for Customer to call before purchasing to verify items availability and shipping time frame. If purchase is made through the website, the purchaser will be notified after purchase of availability and shipping timeframe. 

At Managements discretion a Deposit or Full Purchase Price Payment is required for all Special Ordered Items.

Shipping Policy

We offer shipping with UPS, FEDEx, Various Freight Service Providers, and the United States Postal Service. We support all levels of Shipping service. However, we request that you call to place orders where Next Day Air service is required. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of having item in stock. Orders placed after 3PM on Friday, as well as orders placed Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped the following Monday. If the following Monday is a National Holiday, we will ship on the next business day. We charge a $1 flat handling charge to cover shipping supplies. Custom packaging for some parts, such as windshields and oversized items will carry an additional charge. All known additional charges will be listed in the product description. Additional shipping charges may apply due to rate calculations number of items purchased. If you supply us with a working email address, we will send the shipment tracking information to you as a service.

Returns

If C.O.R.E., LLC. ships the wrong part or a defective part, we will refund 100% of your invoice, including the return shipping. (We will not refund more shipping than was originally charged.)

For regular returns, there is a restocking fee of 15% for items returned within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days there are NO refunds. There are NO refunds on shipping. Do not send refunds by COD. We will refuse them. Refunds require copy of original invoice. We will not refund parts that have been used, previously installed, painted, or modified. NO refunds on special order parts or electrical parts. A Deposit is required for Special Order Parts.

Shipment Damage & Claims

Once your shipment leaves C.O.R.E. Parts, LLC, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping company. Once you sign for the package, it becomes the responsibility of the buyer. We package your items very well to prevent damage. When the package arrives, open it and inspect the contents for damage in the presence of the driver. If the parcel is damaged in transit, make sure the driver makes note of this at the time of delivery. It is your responsibility to inform the carrier and to file the claim. We cannot make a damage claim for you. Call 1-800-PICK-UPS or log on to ups.com to file your claim. UPS will issue a claim number and when approved we can replace your part(s). Hold onto all original packaging materials so that they can be inspected by a Claims Representative, if necessary. All shipments are automatically insured up to $100 and we will insure for face value if this service is requested by the customer.
